Can you resend my confirmation email?

If you've made a purchase through Sound Rink and did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order with us, please email: customerservice@soundrink.com and include the following information:

  1. The name that your order is under.
  2.  The ticket or VIP package that was purchased.
  3. The date of the show you're attending.


Once we receive your email, we will respond as soon as we can. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
