Can you resend my confirmation email?
If you've made a purchase through Sound Rink and did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order with us, please email: customerservice@soundrink.com and include the following information:
- The name that your order is under.
- The ticket or VIP package that was purchased.
- The date of the show you're attending.
Once we receive your email, we will respond as soon as we can. Please note that our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
