What Happens If My Meet & Greet Or Concert Is Cancelled?
In the event of a cancelled meet & greet or concert, we will contact you via email once we have received confirmation of the cancellation. We will then begin issuing refunds to all customers who purchased for this specific date. You should see the refund in your bank account within 7-10 business days. If you are not seeing your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at: customerservice@soundrink.com.
Additional Refund Considerations
Pre-sale tickets: Refunds for pre-sale tickets purchased from Sound Rink and/or Shofetti will only be processed if the headliner for the ticket purchased has cancelled their tour. We cannot provide a refund if another artist listed on the tour has dropped off or cancelled a date(s) on said tour.
VIP Packages: Refunds will be honored if an artist whom the VIP package was purchased for from Sound Rink and/or Shofetti has cancelled their tour or postponed a date that can no longer be made. Again, we cannot provide a refund if another artist listed has dropped off or cancelled said date(s) on the tour.
