Why Does My Order Say "Cancelled"?
Sometimes, if the artist cancels a tour or a VIP event, we will mark the tickets as "cancelled" in the Sound Rink website interface.
If you login to check your ticket status and see this message, please also check the email that you have on file—we likely sent you more information there. If your purchase shows cancelled and you do not see an email from us explaining why it is marked as cancelled, please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will get you all pertinent information.
If your VIP experience or a show has been cancelled, we will refund the money that you spent on your tickets.
