My Meet & Greet still doesn't tell me when it's happening

We have to work directly with venues and artists to coordinate Meet & Greets, which means that sometimes we do not update the Meet & Greet page with information until a few days before the event. Please wait and check back up to 24 hours before the concert to see if the page has been updated with information before reaching out to us at customerservice@soundrink.com.
