What happens if I arrive late to a meet & greet?

Sometimes life happens and you arrive late, or not at all, to your scheduled meet & greet. You can do one of two things in this scenario:

Once you arrive to the venue, find out if the meet and greet is still going on by asking the person at the merch booth. If so, ask them to take you to where the VIP session is happening.

If you've missed the meet & greet entirely, please head over to the artist's merch booth located inside the venue. Let them know you missed the meet and greet but would like to pick your VIP items up there. If they have any questions about your order, just provide them with your confirmation email and a valid photo ID. They should be more than happy to help you out!
